INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a defective or damaged product, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience and will happily offer a replacement item. If you have an issue, please email us at email@example.com with your name, phone number, and order number within 14 days of receiving your product and we will contact you within two business days.
If you are returning an incorrect order you have received due to an error from us, we ask that you keep the original packaging and use the postage emailed to you to send back the incorrect items and we will send you the correct order.
Due to the volatile nature of our products, unfortunately, unless there is a product defect or damage, we do not accept returns. We understand that sometimes you may not be ecstatic about the fragrance you received as everyone's nose sensitivity and fragrance preference differs and you may want to return your order. Candles do, however; make great gifts and most likely a friend, coworker, or family member may love the fragrance. We would also suggest ordering wax melts or scented beads to start. They are a very cost-effective way to trying new scents before investing in a full candle.
